
Lots of people say that tofu tastes like nothing.
Guess they’ve never heard of good seasoning!
What do I need for a yummy tofu recipe?
- tofu (200g but depends on how much you wanna eat)
- Soya sauce
- 1 Onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic (powder works)
- Little bit of chili
Put all your ingredients into a small bowl, mix it together.
Afterwards put it into the fridge and let it sit for a while, at least 30 minutes.
Then it’s time to cook! By the way: if you don’t want to use oil, then use a non-stick pan.
