- 3-4 tbsp of Chia seeds
200ml of plant-based milk (I like almond milk and rice milk)
- 1 tbsp agave or maple syrup
Mix your ingredients together and put them in a fridge for like an hour.
After an hour you should stir it again and then wait for another hour.
If you don’t have the time for that just put your pudding mixture into the fridge over night. BUT: if you do that, you shouldn’t use more than 3 tbsp of chia seeds or more milk.
Toppings if you want:
I top my chia-pudding with some blueberries and strawberries and drizzle a little melted chocolate over it.
