Buckwheat porridge

Ever tried buckwheat instead of oats? No? Do it! 
60-70g buckwheat 
200ml almond milk (other plant based milk alternatives work too) 
15g cocoa powder
1 banana 
50-100g blueberries (depending on what you want) 
If it’s not sweet enough: a bit maple syrup 
First of all, put the buckwheat in a pot, then add the almond milk and let it cook for like 7 minutes. Then add the cocoa powder, mix it all together and let sit for 3 more minutes. While you’re waiting, chop up your banana and also put it into your mixture. Of course you can add the blueberries now too, but I prefer them cold on top. 
Want more protein? Just add your favorite protein powder, but not too much, only like 20g. Hope you like it!
