For the bottom cake I used:
Vegan hazelnut cake
320g flour
200g hazelnuts
250g brown sugar (you can also sweeten with agave or coconut sugar)
1 tbsp baking powder
100ml oil (you should use sunflower oil or other tasteless oil)
About 560ml of almond milk (soya milk, rice milk work too)
Mix the dry ingredients together, then add milk and oil and mix it until it’s a kind of creamy mixture.
Put some vegan butter in the form for your cake.
The cake is supposed to be in the oven for about 60 minutes (but check it already after 45) on 180 degrees.
For the middle:
A vegan chocolate cake
300g flour
80g cocoa powder
250g brown sugar
100ml water
320ml almond milk
7tbsp sunflower oil
Optional: some chocolate chips
- Mix dry ingredients together and then add liquid ones.
- Mix until smooth.
- Add chocolate chips.
- Put into the oven for 30-45 minutes 180 degrees.
For the cake on top:
Banana cake
1 banana
100g flour
2 replacement eggs
50g powered sugar
20g cocoa powder
40ml almond milk
- Mash your banana until it‘s a really creamy mixture.
- Add all the other ingredients.
- Into the oven for 30 minutes 180 degrees.
For the frosting:
Banana cream
1 banana
3 packages whip cream
Food coloring
