Apple pie
400g flour
250g margarine
200g sugar
1 package vanilla sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
5 « fake eggs » made with egg replacement or chia seeds
Optional: 100ml water
About 12 apples
- Weigh your margarine, pour into a bigger bowl, add flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar
- Prepare your « eggs ». (Apple sauce works too, but I personally prefer egg replacement powder)
- Mix everything until it’s a smooth dough
- Peel your apples, cut them into thick slices
- Place the apples on your dough
- On top a bit sugar and cinnamon
- Now shove into the oven for 50-55 minutes at 180 degrees
