Mousse au chocolat cake

You can’t decide whether you want mousse au chocolat or chocolate cake? You can have both! The fluffy texture but delicious chocolate flavor! Check it out!

By the way: if you do not have egg replacement powder at home, just make a chia egg with 1 tbsp chia seeds and 3 tbsp water. Ok, some of you won’t have those either. Good news for you! The recipe also works with half a banana (if possible veeeery ripe, leave out the sugar then.)  

6 tbsp flour 
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp egg replacement together with 40ml water (or just make a Chia egg with 1 tbsp chia seeds and 3 water) 
2 drops lemon concentrate
1-2 tbsp almond milk

 1. Prepare your “egg” in a cup. 


 2. Add the flour, sugar and cocoa powder. 


 3. Whisk it all and add the almond milk.


 4. Mix until it‘s a creamy mixture. 

 5. Put in the microwave for about 2 minutes.

 6. Spread some sprinkles all over your little mousse au chocolat cake and enjoy!
