Delicious vegan chocolate cupcakes
300g flour
60g cocoa powder
100g coconut sugar
150g brown sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp vanilla sugar
7 tbsp sunflower oil
100ml water
300ml almond milk
100g chocolate chips (or other vegan chocolate cut into small pieces)
Frosting:
Vegan butter
Powdered sugar
Cocoa powder
- First of all preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Mix all dry ingredients together and then put the liquid ones also into the mixture.
- Add the chocolate chips.
- The dough is supposed to stay about 20 minutes in the oven, you should look after 15 minutes.
Prepare your frosting while the chocolate muffins are baking:
- Just mix the ingredients together until it’s a smooth blend.
- When the muffins are done and cooled down a bit, smear the frosting on top. Add some edible sugar.
