Delicious vegan chocolate cupcakes

300g flour 
60g cocoa powder 
100g coconut sugar 
150g brown sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp vanilla sugar
7 tbsp sunflower oil
100ml water
300ml almond milk
100g chocolate chips (or other vegan chocolate cut into small pieces)

Frosting:
Vegan butter
Powdered sugar 
Cocoa powder 


  1. First of all preheat the oven to 180 degrees. 
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together and then put the liquid ones also into the mixture. 
  3. Add the chocolate chips.
  4. The dough is supposed to stay about 20 minutes in the oven, you should look after 15 minutes. 

Prepare your frosting while the chocolate muffins are baking:

  1. Just mix the ingredients together until it’s a smooth blend. 
  2. When the muffins are done and cooled down a bit, smear the frosting on top. Add some edible sugar.
