100g spelled flour
200g flour
150g Coconut sugar or normal sugar
1 package vanilla sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
150g Vegan butter/ margarine
2 chia eggs (2 tbsp chia seeds+6-7 tbsp water)
50ml chocolate soya milk (or almond/ coconut milk)
50g chocolate
Put all dry ingredients in a bowl. Then melt the vegan butter and mix it together with the dry ingredients until it’s a very sticky consistency. After put the chia eggs and milk and mix. Cut your chocolate in small pieces (or use chocolate chips) and then mix the small pieces into the dough.
Bake your cookies at 180 degrees for like 15-20 minutes.
