Gingerbread cookies

250g rye flour
250g spelled flour
200-250ml beet syrup
125g vegan butter/ margarine
1 tbsp baking powder 
3 tbsp cocoa powder 
1 package gingerbread spice
1 chia egg 


Mix dry ingredients together, then prepare the chia egg, melt butter and then slowly add the butter into the dry ingredients. Add the chia egg. Afterwards preheat the oven 180 degrees. Form little balls/ circles and then put them into the oven for about 20 minutes.
