
200g flour
50g cacao powder
1 tbsp baking powder
100g Vegan butter
50ml maple syrup (you can also use 100g sugar or 50ml agave)
Mix everything together until it’s a kind of crumbly mixture.
Pour it into a form, where you should put some butter in first (otherwise the dough wouldn’t come out after).
Topping:
1kg vanilla soya Joghurt
6 tbsp of pudding powder (vanilla, berries or chocolate, doesn’t matter)
120g brown sugar
80g vegan butter
10ml (fresh) lemon juice
Melt the butter, mix it all together, pour it on top of the dough and bake for 60 minutes 180 degrees.
Attention: still watch your cake, it might be done earlier.
