320g flour
200g hazelnuts
250g brown sugar (you can also sweeten with agave or coconut sugar)
1 tbsp baking powder
100ml oil (you should use sunflower oil or other tasteless oil)
About 560ml of almond milk (soya milk, rice milk work too)
Vegan chocolate
Some walnuts and almonds for the topping
A little vegan butter
Mix the dry ingredients together, then add milk and oil and mix it until it’s a kind of creamy mixture.
Put some vegan butter in the form for your cake.
The cake is supposed to be in the oven for about 60 minutes (but check it already after 45) on 180 degrees.
If the cake is done, melt some chocolate. Put the melted chocolate on top of the cake and then sprinkle your walnuts and almonds on top.
