Dry ingredients:
200g whole wheat flour 
250g wheat flour 
300g sugar 
7 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1 tbsp vanilla sugar 
1 tbsp baking powder
Liquid ingredients: 
150ml tasteless oil 
2 tbsp vinegar 
200ml almond milk
100g dark chocolate
Other: 
Some vegan butter so it won‘t stick on the baking pan
Topping:
Powdered sugar (I used chocolate sugar)
- Put all dry ingredients in a bigger bowl, mix them all.
 - Add oil, vinegar and almond milk, whisk again.
 - Preheat the oven 180 degrees.
 - Melt your chocolate in the microwave for 1 1/2 minute.
 - Mix everything together until it‘s a smooth mixture.
 - If you want to have some extra taste just add some shredded almonds or macadamia nuts. But if you do, you‘ll need some extra milk (50ml) or water.
 - Now pour everything into your with butter spread baking pan and put in the oven for about 60 minutes.
 - After the cake is done put some powdered sugar on top.
